Clinics

Clinic and practice sites built around the appointment: services, practitioners, and a booking flow that works on a phone.

Clinics
Design · Build · BookingBooking-first sites for practices

Almost everyone who visits a clinic site wants one of three things: to know if you treat their problem, to know who will treat it, and to book. Everything else is furniture.

The problem

Practice sites bury booking behind a phone number and an opening-hours table. The patient is on a phone, in a waiting room, at 9pm, and the form wants a desktop.

Our approach

The booking flow is the site. Services and practitioners exist to answer the two questions that precede a booking, and every page ends with the appointment.

What it does

  • Services

Plain descriptions of what is treated, without clinical jargon.

  • Practitioners

Who they are, what they treat, and when they are available.

  • Booking

A flow that completes on a phone, one thumb, in under a minute.

  • Accessibility

Contrast, focus, and screen-reader support treated as requirements.
